Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to M/S Kushi Hygiene Services No.19,3rd cross, VIP Layout, Seegehalli,Near Medha Halli Lake, KRPuram, Bangalore – 560049
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase service from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Kushi Hygiene Services , accessible from https://kushiservices.com/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other
legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service,
as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 hour without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is one hour from the date on which You placed your
order.
To exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a
clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancelation of order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement other than if any bank /card transaction fees levied by bank or payment gateway service provider.
Other than one hour order cancelation, no other means of cancelation is allowed
Refund policy
- You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 hour without giving any reason for doing so and refund will be done within 14 working days
- No Order cancelation is accepted, and refund will be provided after one hour cancelation window breached However, reschedule of service will be provided without any additional fees
- Refund will be provided in event of multiple payment credit for same order
- The bank/ card transaction charges charged by Bank, the same will be deducted while refund
- In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded
- In case of cancelled order/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the customer, if any, is likely to be forfeited
- Other than above mentioned circumstances no other refund is allowed
